Mr. Burguieres is a founding partner of the firm and, prior thereto, was with a commercial litigation practice in Tampa for seven years. He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida as well as the Federal courts for the Middle and Southern Districts. He has also argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on behalf of a bankruptcy trustee. Aside from leading several jury trials as first chair., Mr. Burguieres has litigated well over 100 evidentiary hearings or bench trials since being admitted to practice in 1984. These include state court, federal court and bankruptcy proceedings. He has resolved routine collection matters to complex commercial transactions, insurance and construction disputes through mediation and/or trial practice. Among his clients are some of the most prestigious national and regional financial corporations as well as select members of the manufacturing and construction industry: Marine Midland Bank, Yamaha Corporation of America, PNC Bank, Mercantile Bank, Bombardier Capital, Inc., Bradco Supply Corporation, Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation, Farmer's Insurance Companies, Kawaii America Corporation, Kelso Contractors, Performance Trailers, Inc., Debis Financial Corporation, Marine Group LLC, Suncoast Roofers Supply Corporation, and Sea-Pro Boats. Notwithstanding the foregoing, whom he is proud to serve, Mr. Burguieres was selected by the Florida Bar , to represent this organization in a Tampa bankruptcy proceeding. Also among his clients are individuals whose causes he has undertaken, and in doing so, he has litigated against companies such as Busch Gardens, Hillsborough (Tampa) Regional Transit Authority, and Florida Power. Property Managers also call upon Mr. Burguieres for guidance. He represents the Tierra Verde property district with regard to commercial and residential land use issues along with several area community associations, homeowner associations, condominium associations and their boards. Bob Burguieres is a member of the Florida Bar, the Federal District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Association of Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, as well as his local bar association where he sits on the attorney grievance committee. Mr. Burguieres' legal ability has been rated "BV", "high to very high" by the national legal directory, Martindale-Hubbell, which acquires its rating information from members of the Bar and the judiciary. He has presented seminars on the use of accountants in trial practice and various aspect of Florida's construction lien statutes. Bob is married and has one son. When not in the office, he enjoys golf, scuba diving, and his family. He is accessible 24 hours a day through Centranet's voice mail. Charles F. Arnold, P.A.

Mr.
Arnold is a 1981 graduate of Stetson College, a 1984 graduate of Stetson
University College of Law and an active member of the Florida Bar admitted
to practice in all State Courts in the State of Florida and the Federal
Bar for the Middle District of Florida. He is a founding partner
of the firm and a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust law
section, the Business law section, and Health Care law sections of
the Florida Bar; and a current member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association,
the Commercial Law League of America, and the Florida Academy of Trial
Lawyers.
Mr. Arnold is a 1990 graduate of Leadership St. Pete and past member of its Recruitment Committee; a former director, officer and recipient of the Sunshine City Jaycees Outstanding Member Award and Presidential Award of Honor; and a graduate of the Pinellas County Medical Association Internship Program. He is former President of the Barcley Estates Homeowners Assocation and formerly served upon the Vestry of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. Charles is currently married and his wife is a Clinical Professor at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine. Charles and his wife have one daughter, Alison Marie, born July 3, 1998. Mr. Arnold's areas of practice include construction law, commercial litigation, corporate law, transactional law, real estate law, health care law, business law disputes, personal injury law, landlord-tenant and creditors' rights. He also handles creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings and regularly secures relief from stay for foreclosure or replevin proceedings. He regularly is available to provide seminars and has done so before groups such as the Florida Association of Building Inspectors. As a member of the Commercial Law League of America, Mr. Arnold handles forwarded commercial and selected retail collection claims from commercial collection agencies and forwarders across the country for the geographic service area of west Central Florida. In addition to collection and litigation of claims, he regularly domesticates and enforces foreign judgments in the State of Florida. Legal research and case preparation is conducted with WESTLAW PRO® and Premise CD-ROM computer-assisted legal research systems. Mr. Arnold currently has on-line public record access to the Court Systems in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties inclusive of Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida for purposes of pre-suit due diligence and monitoring of litigation proceedings. Mr. Arnold otherwise utilizes DataBase Technologies Autotrak for purposes of skip tracing and asset investigations on Florida individuals and businesses. Mr. Arnold is currently listed in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, a National Law Directory receiving a High to Very High attorney ranking. Among Mr. Arnold's current institutional clients are Sallie Mae; General Revenue Corporation; Stock Building Supply; Keys Concrete Industries, Inc.; Snap-On Credit Corporation; J.
